This organization has successfully impacted over 100 young males within the City of Pine Bluff. They are a mentoring program fixed on molding young men into successful citizens of tomorrow. To date, I.C.E. has produced 10 successful lines, each one growing the brand more. They started back in 2014 mentoring and instilling discipline and confidence into young men, so that they know that they can do anything they put their minds to, and also, that they have the support of an entire community. Mr. Iwegbu's goal is to grow this program into a comprehensive AFTER-school program that promotes excellence in education through true leadership. They travel regularly, give service to the community, keep high GPA’s, and also host HBCU college tours. Their dynamic step team, is a bonus.
