We are seeking highly enthusiastic, passionate, and caring individuals that are in direct alignment with our mission. The right candidate will help foster and support our growth as well as our athletes and musicians. They will be very energetic and able to lead in a safe learning environment. Experience coaching in cheer, tumbling, dance, and music instruction is preferred but not required. We are not looking for temporary coaches and instructors. We want to invest in you for the long-term!

We offer complete training for new coaches, teaching skills, providing valuable life lessons and ensuring that the self-esteem of each and every one of our athletes is developed. We take extraordinary care in choosing not only exceptional coaches and instructors, but also exceptional people! JAM staff spend a lot of time speaking into the lives of our children, so it is important that the message they send is inspiring, encouraging, and helping our athletes to reach their fullest potential.
